Photocopier Service Contracts

A photocopier service contract usually lasts for one year but with our great service, we nearly always renew the contract with our clients year after year.

Our “All inclusive service contracts” mean that we will maintain your photocopier for the length of the contract and cover the costs for labour, parts and toner for a small “pay per click charge’’ from 0.5 pence per copy mono and from 5 pence per copy colour.

By having a service contract it means that, your machine is serviced and maintained by a qualified engineer. If your machine breaks down or is not working properly, we will send a qualified engineer out promptly to resolve the issue and get you back up and running. If your machine needs parts replaced that are faulty which is from use of the machine, we will send a qualified engineer out to fix it. All toner and drum units (consumables) are covered in the service contract.

By having a service contract, it means that your photocopier will always be looked after and you will not have to worry about finding an engineer to fix it. The cost of labour, parts and consumables can be very costly and time consuming. The last thing you need to be doing is searching the internet for a trained engineer - waiting hour by hour, day by day for him to eventually turn up when you have more important things to do with your day.
